Ladies, I have a concern, I am sticking to the diet really well, very low fat, low sodium, low protein, low cal. My morning weight is down to 96-97 and I am 5'4". I am eating mostly white toast with cream cheese and sugar-free jelly, this corn cereal that just has corn and sugar, a little milk, iceburg lettuce salads with cucumber and white mushrooms, yoplait lite yogurts, cauliflower, greenbeans, white rice, white pasta, lite swiss cheese, parmasean, green beans, smoothies with psyllium husk and rice milk and a little banana and strawberry with equal and some sweets here and there. So, my concern: I cannot skip breakfast! There is no way. I get tingly and light headed and I just can't do it. I am worried because of that Oxford study that this is going to ruin my sway. I am trying to eat non nutritious stuff usually the toast and cream cheese and jelly, but am I screwed? Tell me the truth, please? I will try and skip around O time...thanks for your input.

It's so nice to see so many new swayers joining us. Welcome!
amari - I could be wrong on this one, but I don't think it matters WHICH meal you skip as long as you have a long period where you keep your blood sugar low. For me, I find breakfast the easiest to skip, so I eat at 12, 5 then a snack at 8:30 or so. Maybe for you it would be better to eat breakfast and lunch, then have a light, early dinner with no snacking afterwards?
I got impatient and did an OPK with SMU this morning and it was -, but all the signs are still there that O is imminent, so I'm holding my pee to do another OPK this afternoon. I think we may dtd tonight regardless - I haven't told dh yet, but he'll be thrilled - we've only dtd once since I got pregnant in September.

Thanks, Lola - it just feels good to be getting ready to TTC again. I know the 2WW will be painfully long and if I do get a BFP I'm going to be scared to death of another m/c, but it still feels good to move on and look to the future.

There is no way that one factor is going to ruin your sway. If it concerns you that much I would put off breakfast as long as possible-even if its an hour delayed and I wouldn't eat something that has lots of sugar. I think its the weight loss overall - I really believe that. I have a bit of coffee to help get me past some time.. I do know what you mean, when I bend over and get up quick I KNOW my blood sugar is low I start to see spots- if you know what I am talking about.
