Yeah - BFN today, but I'm only 8dpo so I'm holding out hope. It's a holiday weekend here in Canada, and I'm aching to eat some yummy food!

Thank you, atomic! Still no ov, am trying not to get stressed about it!! I read on another thread about people who ov late are more likely to miscarry, is that true? Thanks

Today's menu
No breakfast
Lunch humous and cucumber sandwich on real bread!!! Strawberries, 1 bite of a doughnut before I could sneakily pass it to dh!
Snack frozen yogurt
Dinner pasta with caramelised leeks and Parmesan, strawberries, frozen yogurt, tutti fruities
Not a brilliant day but we were at Lego land and I was exhausted by the time we got home and needed a good snack! The excuse for more sweet treats is because I'm fed up with still no ov!!!!

Okay, here's today:
Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: swiss cheese sandwich (I'm really enjoying these lately - they burn up a good amount of my daily sodium and protein, but they fill me up and help me get to supper time without snacking), rice milk, grapes
Supper: rice pasta with low sodium tomato sauce and parmesan, Pop Tart for dessert
Snack: low fat vanilla frozen yogurt with strawberries
Calories: 1518
Protein: 37.8
Sodium: 1000
I've been walking a thin tightrope with sodium lately - always right at the maximum level after keeping to an average of 500mg a day for the first 6 weeks of the diet. I'm just trying to find ways to incorporate more normal food into my diet since I know I'm going to go batty if I end up having to eat nothing but rice pasta for another month. Tomorrow we have friends visiting from out of town and have plans to eat lunch at the local farmer's market (there are lots of food kiosks like at a fair). I know it will end up being another high sodium day since I can't think of anything else I can get except for fries. I'm really praying that BFP happens in the next couple of days.

I really hope so too Mocha! 1000mg sodium still isn't high. I checked the daily recommended amount when I started the diet and I'm pretty sure it was at least double that.
Any sign of O yet swish? What are you doing about BDing, are you doing it every day or are you waiting for your +OPK?
I forgot to add my daily menu yesterday. We went to a family fun evening at the school where the rest of my gang had a BBQ and crisps and cakes .... and I had a can of diet coke!
Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: Low fat cheese slice and cucumber in sandwich (I love these too, the most enjoyable thing I eat most days!), packet toddler crisps
Dinner: Kids pizza, pineapple and squirty cream on meringue nest
Snack: Bagel and jam, ww victoria sponge cake (was going to have a glass of milk but had run out - cake seemed a good substitute)
