2x I'm exactly like you, I am dreading the newborn stage again! First time round I had a difficult labour, was so not expecting a boy and I think I was in shock/a bit scared about it for a while, and he had really bad colic and screamed for 12 weeks and breast feeding was very difficult, then 2nd time I had twins plus a one year old, so although I was more relaxed it still felt very new and the lack of sleep was torture! I feel very out of practice now but I love the idea of having a singleton and being more relaxed/confident about it. I'm excited to see how the boys will be with a baby sibling!

Did anyone see that video of the lady who after 6 boys found out the gender of her 7th (a girl) when she cut open a pink cake?!! Her baby has been born and she has uploaded a film of each of her boys holding the new baby and talking about what it means to them to have a baby sister. It's absolutely wonderful, they are all such kind lovely boys and all adore their sister.

Am3a I had one of my shortest cycles ever last month, I tank it's very common for swaying to affect this.

Boyzmommy tht sounds good. I think the aim is for 1500-1800 cals a day, low fat low protein, and avoiding high nutrient foods. It's better for the protein to be coming from plant based sources but lean meats like chicken must be better than red meat? I'm trying to cut out meat completely but still have occasional bit of fish.

How often are people taking Fiber?

And are you thinking of asking DH to abstain or are you planning on frequent release?

Oh and I also am hoping for a one hit wonder, don't think I can keep this diet and exercise up for much longer!!! Both times I fell pregnant it was in the first month of trying, and ended up with 3 babies! I really shouldn't expect it to be as easy this time, kind of feel like we are pushing our luck a bit.

Hi. I was swaying a couple of months ago, only to find out that I wasn't ovulating after depo, so lacked on diet. Was bleeding twice a month, so got on nuvaring this month to control that, and will sway in October. I have 2 girls. I will be taking prescribed Clomid 50mg to help me ovulate. *Note: I just had 2 molars pulled 2 days ago and am on Amoxicillin for 10 days, hope it doesn't interfere with my BC this month!

Since timing doesn't sway with Clomid (I read), my plan is to DTD every other day after AF is over, Diet (lots of salty, red meat, bananas, tomatos, potatos, dairy, eat cereal/oatmeal every morning and keep BS up), Robitussin, Prenatals, extra Folic acid, Lipton Green Tea, DTD Doggy with Pre-seed. For DH, Men's One a Day 50+, Diet with me, and caffeine before we DTD.

    Good Luck ladies!

Quinn, really hope you get BFP this cycle! Good luck!

Am, yes the LE can cause that. Hopefully you get your AF back soon! My last cycle was few days longer than normally. Now lets see how this cycle goes. This cycle is our first one TTC so I hope I don't ovulate very late.

Jennypenny, glad you got your AF, seems like full fat dairy and eggs might have helped!

Boyzmommy, I think you are ok. How many hours do you fast? I think too that you are eating little less cals as recommended but do you have a lot of weight to lose? As long as you stay in the limits of LE you are fine.

Ttc, how old are your boys? Can't remember. Yes the lack of sleep is torture! I can imagine having a colic baby... My boys sleep very well now, usually through the night not waking (except DS2 has started to come to our bed at the night like every other night) so I get a good sleep even though they wake up really early so I'm really worried having a new born and I have to wake many times a night now that I'm used to having a good sleep. Luckily the hormones help alot during the first weeks when having the newborn!

I've been trying to hold steady with my weight as I've lost enough now but now I've lost about 0,5kg. I've increased my cals to 1700 a day (was eating 1600) so maybe I should increase it to 1800?

They are 6 and 4 now, also sleep through the night but up early. I keep telling myself it will only be for a short while and this time all my boys will be at school so I will have most of the day by myself with the baby. I really want to enjoy things a bit more this time. I also had the added stress of my mum being diagnosed with breast cancer both times I was pregnant. She died almost 3 years ago and this has made me even more desperate for a daughter x

TTC2015 That is one of the many reasons I want a daughter too. My mom passed away from cancer about 10 years ago. I had such a great relationship with her and I would love to have something like that with my own daughter. I also have 2 sisters, who are wonderful. Some days I would love it if I could get another set of twins, especially if they were girls, because I think having a sister would be great too.
Do you mind me asking, were any of your abnormal embryos girls? That is the one thing that kind of gives me hope is that we did produce one girl, it was just abnormal, but at least I know now that there are girl swimmers up there.
