I'm just hoping for some advice! I am not doing opks (first time ever!) And we are going e4d with our first attempt on Sunday which was CD8. I took Clomid 50mg days 3-7, that's a first too. I'm also on a double dose of penicillin for a bad bout of tonsillitis (and almost 3 weeks into Eltroxin 25mg for a recently diagnosed under active thyroid) so my dilemma is: which version of e4d should we go for? 96 or 72 hours? If it's 72 we have an attempt today (Wed) and Sat. If 96 we do tomorrow and Mon. I have NO clue about O and don't want to do OPKs. CM is clear and wet. Cramping and back ache like usual symptoms when O is approaching. I usually don't O til CD17-19 ish. Today is CD11. I conceived my 3 boys by having an attempt at +opk.
Anyway I'm losing the run of myself here. Any advice is much appreciated. Trying not to get worked up which I know is the beauty of e4d but can't help but try to figure out when I "should" be Oing! Is it any wonder I'm a mom of boys with this awful OCD lol!!

Those ttc girl. My BMI is now 23.3 after le diet. I lost about 7 lbs (,1 month) and I'm concerned it's not enough for an August try. Should I wait more months? I see people with BMI of 21. Not even sure that is possible. Or if I even want that.

HDP your temp is still well above coverline so don't give up just yet. If it continues to drop over the next few days then yes it will be likely af is coming.

Thanks Pbn [emoji173] It makes me feel more reassured to hear these words from you. Fx that everything going smoothly in there. I know nothing would happen yet, but I have started spotting for symptoms already hahaha.

Thank you! I think the excitement is what made me wake up earlier than usual. Also, i drank a lot more water past couple days since I am afraid UTI would flare up from laying down after attempts.

Atomic has said before it's not all about losing weight at the time of conception so I think you're fine if you want to stay around where you are? You may need to go to the upper limits of the diet to maintain from here. How long have you been doing le again? As with any diet there's usually a large drop followed by lesser amounts then it plateaus [emoji53] but maybe start increasing your intake now? This is more an atomic question though [emoji848] do you have a thread running you can ask her directly? Or even create a new one?

So glad you said the thing about only being 2 attempts, that’s what I thought, then freaked out that it could be 3. I figure I haven’t gotten pregnant on one attempt, & such long time on diet & taking clomid is like you just mentioned too I’m pretty hostile down there [emoji12] although again I couldn’t help but have a big o

Yep cos if you o today then a bd tonight *realistically* wont count and you'll have a 1-o and 3-o attempts whereas if you o tomorrow it'll be a 1-o and 2-o attempt as there's little to no chance of swimmers still being there from a 4-o. I'm so excited for you emshe [emoji3]

I know she answers everything. I just always feel like a bother. I was just wondering what others were doing about their weight loss. I know she told me she likes ppl at BMI of 21. But in reality do ppl really get there? And should I keep waiting until its lower? Seems crazy. Was just wondering what others were doing diet and bmi-wise for ttc girl.
