she casts the spell and sends you the ring which you can wear (either all the time or infrequently, provided you wear or hold it now and again), there is a spell which you say and you do that 3 days in a row over your fertile time for 3 cycles in a row
if it doesn't work, you get your money back or a re-cast.... so seems like less risk to me!

Which one did you order as there are different ones?

your hubby is a stay at home Dad? Mine is hoping to be one in the year coming up because it makes finanically better sense (his job pays a lot less than mine) and I trust him to take care of our kids....that's funny about being afraid of girls, I think my husband woudl do great being a girl daddy.

Yep, my DH has been a stay at home dad since DS #2 was born and we have 4DS now. It was a decision we made due to the fact I had a local job and make more money. We would be using his income for daycare and so we decided he would stay at home. I do not have to worry about my children at all. Never have to drop them off crying or wonder if they are being taken care of. It works out so wonderfully for us. I hope your DH loves it as much as mine does.

If I were you, I'd start BD tonight and continue until a temp spike indicates O has happened. I would also either get your dh to do a compressed frequent release to lower his sperm count (4 days of abstinence isn't going to do that) or use a combination of rephresh (maybe 1/2 an applicator a day) and jump and dump and hope that does the trick. Personally, I wouldn't do all 3 or you might lower his sperm count too much - but it depends on how quickly you want to get pregnant.

Are you on the IG diet?

What is a compressed frequent release? Should we use the 4 day abstinence sample or have him release that and then use the next batch?

If you would not do all three which would be the best chances of conceiving? I guess since I am using the RePHresh, I have to include that one. So the JAD or the compressed frequent release?

I am on the IG Diet, but not strict on it. Little to no salt, hardly ever eat sweets, never have breakfast, eat plain rice cakes all the time, on calcium and magnesium citrate, follic acid, not a big meat eater, low fat foods, and so on. I was strict in the beginning, but with 5 meat eaters, it was way too hard.

I am also thinking of using natural progestrone cream after I know I Oed. Maybe this might help?

That is awesome it is definitely nice to feel completely comfortable when away from your kids. Sometimes my DH jokes that he will become a stay at home dad when I'm a CPA and make good money. But I honestly don't think he could do it. He is wonderful with our kids but he is also a busy body who loves to spend money on anything and everything and would have to go somewhere at least once a day (and usually not a productive somewhere like the grocery store). It would probably end up costing us money for him to stay home. We had a big ice storm last January that kept everyone locked in their homes for nearly a week and I was fine because it didn't feel too different to me but he said he was going to go insane. That being said as of now I am very lucky because when I do work (it's be intermittent the last year) my sister watches me kids at our home so I don't have to leave them and I don't worry and DH get off of work at 2:30 each day.

DH needs to abstain for 7-10 days for it to lower his sperm count enough to sway girl, which is why I recommended compressed frequent release. For that, you get dh to release as much as possible (2-3 times a day) for a day or two before your attempt. You could even just have him release twice first on the day you want to start BD, probably, if you want to get started. You can find more out here:

Lots of women get pregnant while doing frequent release, rephresh and jump and dump (check out Zanacal's successful girl sway for a good example), but for me I found I wasn't able to get pregnant until I dropped rephresh last time. I think that as you get older (DH and I are 37) it is possible to do too much to lower sperm count. If you're not in a rush to get pregnant and want a sway you can be proud of, do all 3 and maybe you'll get lucky. You can always drop something next month if you need to try again. For me, I'm definitely not going to do JAD this month, and I think if I use rephresh at all it will be sparingly.

You know my DH does go places every day. He has to shuttle our 4 DS's everywhere, and he does end up some days not making much progress on the housework, but he loves doing what he does. I am jealous a lot of the time too. I would love to stay home or at least I think so. We will see...maybe he will get a big paying job and I can stay home LOL!

We have been TTC for over 1 year and a half, with no luck. So I want to get pregnant like a year and a half ago LOL!!!

Well this is my first month with RePHresh. I tried Replens, but I think I used too much. So I thought with the 3 day window I would use less and not obsess with it as much. How much should I use since last night I used an applicator?

Can we still start tonight if DH releases many time before tonight? and the RePHresh I should not need that should I?

I might do all three and definitely check out Zanacal's sway. Is there a post to it?
