The herbs and medications can help with that. The vitex, saw palmetto, in addition to Metformin, Clomid, and a drug called spirolactone which can help lower your T levels but is not safe while TTC. Also, if you lower your blood sugar a bit through diet, lower blood sugar can help slow down the Testosterone Train and free up the fats and cholesterol your body makes and gets from diet, to make prog.
Metformin and Clomid can be given together so you may end up getting both.
There are home tests you can take but they're not very reliable, it's best to go through your doctor.

Thanks again... I'm going to work on my diet plan tomorrow. I've been watching what I eat as well as waiting as long as possible to eat and not eating til I'm full. I did forget about my pill 3 days in a row and had a spontaneous BD yesterday. Oh well... whatever happens, I just have to deal. No big O though.

Wow I finally was able to get back on. I need to add my sway but we have our girl!! She's 11 months old and the light of our lives. Going to be swaying for next baby as well (pink again) thanks for this group!
