I only eat Vegetarian whenever we eat out now because I get nervous about how food handlers prepare meat. I don't think they are careful enough and DH had serious food poisoning 2x last year which was scary. I much prefer eating at home but when we do have to eat out I think my favorite meal is a veggie stir fry (they can't mess that up too much)
