I want you to keep steady on weight from here on, no more weight loss.

I don't want you to use vitex. Vitex only helps with long cycles when people have PCOS or quite a lot of weight to lose (and even then there are better options.) I think taking vitex will cause you to stop ovulating if you take it. Plus, it hasn't worked anyway for pink.

How old is your hubby? Most people under 35 use 7-10 days abstain prior to the one attempt.

He is 33 I’m 34. We have 2 boys age 5 and 2. Both conceived after 1 month and 2 months respectively.
