Hi,
I will be Joining you to. I had an unsuccessful September attempt. I have not been very strict with my diet but have been following some very basic rules of Low-salt, no meat and low nutrition food.
I have been taking all the supplements I thought would help, so I am sure I don't have the best sway but I'm pretty happy with it.
We did FR from AF to OPK+ last month, this month we are going to drop back to try for a better results.
Good luck everyone

Fingers crossed for you. This FR stuff is hard work! Hubby has been doing two a day but it's getting hard now to make that second one! We may have to rely on one a day being enough. It's more than usual anyway which is a good thing. My boys are both grumpy this morning making me doubt my sanity altogether!

Hi girls, just joining in. This is my first cycle after my miscarriage. I'm now 22 days past the d&c and pretty sure I ovulated on day 20. We didn't have a super strict sway like last time but I did take vitex & SP and DH took LR plus we did a few other things. I've also lost 4kg since the miscarriage so hopefully that will help.

I agree about FR being hard work, we did it last time and DH was sooo over it by the time i got a +opk. Didn't do it this cycle because DH would only do if we BD and I REALLY wasn't up for it after the miscarriage when I was feeling so terrible. We just DTD a couple of times close to when I thought i'd O and then once when I got the +OPK.

I'm feeling okay now, the first few weeks were rough though. Now I know I've ovulated and we've made attempts for another pregnancy I'm feeling a lot better.
I was pretty surprised DH had such a hard time, silly me thought it would be no problem! I think it was because of the LR though so at least we know it was working.

We aren't using LR bc of his age but he could definitely use it. He has a high sex drive. Maybe fr will suppress it!!! 😜

I think I will be ovulating between the 12 and 15. I think this chemical will make me ovulate earlier.. I am not sure though. I had to order more OPK's since I am almost out. Oh and the LR did make my DH sex drive go way down we was taking 3 a day my AF-O. I think I am going to drop it down to 2 this month though. He hates them.

Joining you all in about a week! I just found this site so I have not had adequate time to sway but I am just trying to do what I can now. My first is a girl, 2.5 years old and I was shocked she was a girl because looking back she was a complete boy sway in every way and my husband comes from a long line of boys. I am pretty sure I will have a boy next cause its too late for me to make big changes. I have been taking prenatals, cal/mag and cranberry but now I am reading I shouldn't do these things. I also eat a boy diet. But we don't want to wait any longer due to spacing of the kiddos and if it takes awhile...any suggestions for last minute swaying? I am thinking of abstinence....Good luck to you all!!

Start skipping breakfast, and try to follow the diet. These changes may help! Also using repHresh every 3 days from end of period until Ovulation will help!
