a few questions...what pH strips do you use to get such accurate numbers?
and i know most diets suggest fertile cm, and mucinex, robitussin, but is it bc they dont get enough EWCM on their own? or just to increase what they have? bc my EWCM is pretty plentiful so i was wondering if shold even bother with those supplements..

hey! the bs face wash is just a thick paste you make and apply it to the face! I didn't really do an exact diet...but...it was all potato chips tons of jello with extra gelatin added to the mix! It's a great idea because everything else is GROSS! Plain lettuce with vingarette dressing...lots of lemon water with truvia to sweeten it... those were my big staples!
Also...I had great EWCM as well..but I figured it wouldn't hurt to use supps regardless...maybe it improves quality as well as amount!?
I wouldn't screw with the stupid ph strips...get the digital hanna.... it's beyond worth it!

About $30 for the one IG says to get, I didn't buy the one IG says only because I found one that had better reviews and was $45. The solution is about $20-30 depending on the sizes. I browsed online fish stores and found great prices and I had it in 5 days.
