I took 180mg on CD 3-6, then 240mg on CD 7. This is my second month trying to conceive, I'd never tried it before then. My quantities were a little higher this cycle than last cycle. Only because I didn't have a negative response to it. I am actually doing what I've been calling a "healthy egg" sway, which ends up looking like a boy sway. I'm getting up there in years, and I want one more baby

maybe just wheatgrass and/or brewers yeast, they are just good to get the nutrients up

I think they do sell it in tablet form, but I took it in powder form, I drank it everyday and yes it is good for swaying blue

Hi serah, welcome Wheat grass can be made fresh or you can take it in tablet form (thats probably easiest) and yes it is recommended while swaying blue, because of its high nutrient value.

Hoping this question was for me...I am on 6 day past ovulation. I ovulated on Dec 12 afternoon. We DTD on dec 11th night around 10 PM and then early morning 6 AM (within 12 hrs of first BD). I am really worried that the two attempts were very close n might sway pink.

That sounds more like a blue bd schedule...the frequency of bd isn't as important as the other factors, like diet.
