It doesn’t MATTER if there was ever a study done that found that ostrich toenails were once shown to lower blood sugar levels by 1.5% in Panamanian Hairless Rats – you don’t NEED to take ostrich toenail supplements for a pink sway. Nor do you need to snort powdered rhino testicles for blue.

Don’t overcomplicate it!!

So let go of the details. Don’t sweat the small stuff. Think big picture ...... Aim for the big goals and the details will take care of themselves, your body will do what it’s supposed to do, and at the end of it all it’s in the hands of God or Lady Luck. (it always was.)
