2 days til ultrasound.. Any advice you can give me on nub?!?!?

HR means but nothing. Both of my boys had HBs that started in the 190s and then jumped between 140-170. The thing that effects the HB the most is the age of the unborn baby. It in the earlier days its quite high and as the pregnancy goes on it lowers (but only to a certain extent). It doesn't signify pink or blue in any capacity and it's an OWT.

And that is crazy that your doctor would say "oh i dont see boy parts, it must be a girl!" First off, doctors need to stick to their profession. Even if they had one u/s class in college (which is even doubtful), they are not trained u/s techs and should not try to act as one. Secondly, you cannot determine the gender of a baby for a mere lack of parts with the other sex. You have to clearly identify a penis or clearly identify a labia. ....Im sorry your doctor put you through that hon. (((HUGS))). Im hopeful this is your little boy! Congrats!! I really would have been shocked if you had heard girl with that nub shot. I think your first US tech didn't really take the time to do a good scan. Sometimes they can really be insensitive.
