Flava, at the very least it's something you haven't tried yet, KWIM??? Even if I'm totally crazy and wrong and building muscle doesn't do a thing for you, it beats doing the same thing all over again and just hoping.

I've gained a lot of weight. I've been on the boy diet since Sept' 10, I gained about 30 pound
I can't believe how much weight I am getting I'm just sitting all day. I don't do any exercise at all.
Where can I find the info. about exercisingI remember I read it here one day I just can't find it anymore

Would doing something like running for an hour a day sway pink?
