Flava, at the very least it's something you haven't tried yet, KWIM??? Even if I'm totally crazy and wrong and building muscle doesn't do a thing for you, it beats doing the same thing all over again and just hoping.

Plus, it's good for your health and you are gonna be the hottest mama on the beach!!

This time I try to build up some muscle ( Im 107 lbs now but all jelly soft no muscle at all!) and try really hard with the diet and all to get ph up.

So I hope it's going to help me.
This was me aswell, I just got really lazy over the past 5 years, I gained weight but all flab and lost the muscle I had. This time I am strongly thinking that the muscle is a vital factor!!!!

If you can exercise an hour a day 6-7 days a week, I think that's the best sway of all but if you can only exercise a little it will raise your T levels and sway blue.

I've gained a lot of weight. I've been on the boy diet since Sept' 10, I gained about 30 pound I can't believe how much weight I am getting I'm just sitting all day. I don't do any exercise at all.

Where can I find the info. about exercising I remember I read it here one day I just can't find it anymore

Now that would be fun!, possibly painful for a clumsy old ma like myself lol, but that would surely do your leg muscles the world of good
