Hmmmm.....I don't know. Baby is curled and I don't feel like the nub is classic boy or girl. I'm 50/50 on this one

Thanks everyone! Just realized that I said a couple of days until my scan, not a couple of weeks. That said, I think we have decided to wait until birth!

I also wish my baby was flat so that I could make a better guess

    Thanks for your guesses.

I know that nobody can answer this for me, but please indulge me if you will. Has anyone noticed that the tech's reaction is related to the baby's sex? I had my anatomy scan today, and told the tech that we didn't want to know the sex. She asked the sex of my current children, and when I told her she was very 'up' and seemed excited. She asked a few more times during the scan if I was sure that we didn't want to find out, and said at the end it was the last chance for me to find out if I had changed my mind. She seemed to really want to tell me! Anyone experience something similar?

    Thanks!

Yes that is exactly what happened to me at my scan. My dr's office does not do gender at the early scan and at the beginning of the scan she was calling the baby he, he, he (she had not checked the bits yet, in fact part of this was before she even started scanning "let's see what he's up to") and I just bit the bullet and said, ok give it to me, are you calling it a he because you think this is a boy, because I already HAVE 4 boys. She told me the standard line about how it was too early to tell at 13 weeks.

Then, over the course of the scan she got excited and started saying "she or he" and once she slipped up and just said "she". The last thing she did was the world's quickest potty shot and said out loud to herself "yep" in that way that people have of verifying something to themselves - it was almost like she wasn't even supposed to do that but couldn't resist LOL.

By that point I had already seen something that looked totally different than anything I had seen before and even tho the potty shot only lasted 1.27 sec. I def. thought it looked girly and overall I felt pretty good about the whole thing.

Much better than my early scan with DS 4 where the tech was going "I know this really looks like a penis, but you never know, that can go away" in a voice that expressed she thought there was about a snowball's chance of hell of it happening!
