The only I got it has Selenium,Green tea, so I think it is, but it's up to you or we should ask in the other thread let see who's taking it I know Flava did.

to grapeseed extract as long as it doesn't dry you up (so many things are drying people up that I am getting paranoia about everything!!)

Oh, I was wondering why I had very little CM this time , but I took Clomid. I used Mucinex, but it didn't help at all. I used EW's anyways.
