you guys are fantastic with all of your help.
I will change my rice to brown rise and only eat a small amount with dinner, maybe half a cup. I love cheese and can't find one that is low in sodium other than soft cheese.
I am going to stick to this as best I can, but other than my husband nobody knows about my swaying and I plan on keeping it that way so I don;t want to draw any attention to what I am not eating either, plus if I do have to cheat on the rare occasion I am OK with that because there are plenty of girls born everyday to moms that ate a bit of salt etc. I have to have my mind in the right place with this whole thing, set my plan stick to it and try not to obsess over it all, what will be in the end will be
pastelpicinic -As for the snacking question, I think you are doing great, I don't think a handfull or 2 of something is bad, I guess I also just think that anything in the direction of the girl diet that is a drastic change in our normal eating behaviours has to be a good thing...sounds like your doing great.
I am ok skipping breakfast, I just have to be careful because I have been having a few coffees in that time which does have skimmilk and sugar, next week I will ditch the sugar.
I know a few girl moms that love their milk drinks, I don't so I am going to try to get stuck into those too, skim milk though.

I'm doing the same thing Boymom, with the coffee. I also alternate eating brown rice and white rice at meals. I'm usually ok to skip breakfast because the coffee fills me up and has always helped me with my am cardio workouts at the gym. It's just my dang AF that has thrown me off the last 4 days.

It's only confusing because there are like 4 different diets happening and everyone has their own approach in addition - some people are doing one diet, others are trying to combine all the diets together, it does get a little muddled at times. I am going to try and make up a diet JUST what I believe is best, whetehr that will complicate or simplify matters I'm not really sure!
What you have listed there looks fine, alternating between veggies and low-sodium cheese.
I think white rice is better due to the lower nutrients but if you can't live without brown rice, that's ok (better than a hamburger!!)
For best results, I would eat one serving of rice or pasta and that is very very small unfortunately. 2 at the most.(that's why I want people to get pg quick, so they don't have to diet for long). I would stretch the meal with a salad of iceberg lettuce and cucumer and also green beans, with fat free yogurt for dessert and peeled apple slices.
1 Serving Equals...
Breads, pasta, cereal, cooked grain, etc. •1 slice of bread (looks like a CD case)
•1/2 a bagel (the size of a hockey puck)
•1 cup cereal (looks like two hands cupped together)
•1/2 cup cooked grain or pasta (one cupped palm)!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I think your right about the diets, and because we are reading everything to try to get all the info out there I know for me that is where I confuse myself and gets things mixed up. One diet that you think is right would be awesome. Like one plan of attack really.
Looks like I can stick to white rice, but in small servings.
Is it only iceberg lettuce, is that for the low nutritional factor?
Oh yeh I had another question (surprise surprise...lol) I was wondering at this point should my main focus with food be reducing the sodium or upping the calcium/magnesium? I only ask because often it is a compromise and I was kind of wondering if salt was the main thing here. Kind of like if I had to choose when eating something because I have noticed that some dairy things are high sodium aswell. I hope that made sense?
Atomic can u let us know if you create that diet, no pressure though.
I have not been checking my ph, do you think I am neglecting a major sway factor by ignoring that?
Also I was wondering with the negative ion thing how people know that girls like neg ions and if surrounding myself with them would be beneficial or could it potentially have the opposite effect, does anyone know if anything in tis area has been researched and proven. I will have another look but I don't think I saw anything like this anywhere, mind you things here are pretty thorough so I probably just missed it, just trying to work out if it is going to be part of my sway.

Yes, I think iceberg is best for the low nutrition and also the fiber which will help remove fat from the digestive tract.
Unfortunately, with the minerals you must BOTH up cal/mag and also reduce sodium and potassium. It's because the French Gender diet believes that it's the ratio between the two that matter. So if you don't change your diet and just take cal/mag supps, that's not enough and in fact I've seen a lot of people have failed sways that way. (I don't believe the mineral ratios personally but I do think other aspects of the FGD sway.) I completely agree about the sodium content in milk, it's quite high but it is allowed on the FGD. In the paid members section, nuthinbutpink has posted the FGD and you can read all the info in the book there (we had to do it that way because of copyright).
The Oxford study (the study that I prefer and that I base much of my diet advice around) also found a higher sodium intake in moms of boys, so since both the FGD and the Oxford study agree on sodium, I tend to put more stock into sodium mattering than calcium - the Oxford study disagrees with the FGD on calcium, they found higher calcium intake in moms of boys, not girls.
I don't think pH is a big deal at all and in fact I think not checking pH helps keep you relaxed about swaying, which helps keep testosterone low.
The ion thing is not proven or even researched for gender ratio. Ions do exist and certainly fulfill functions in the body but I have seen no evidence that makes me believe that bracelets, ion lamps, etc sway at all. The link on IG which is supposed to support ions is a website selling ion bracelets and didn't have anything at all that I could find about gender swaying. I have not written an ion essay yet. I will at some point, but for now there is so much stuff that I feel has much better science behind it that I hate to waste even a second on ions TBH.!!!
