Timing doesn't really sway, but if you want to try to o+12 AS is saying DTD 48 hours after +OPK. Ideally you should DTD 12 hours after CM dry up.

Dtd the night of +opk. Simple, and takes the stress out of counting hours etc. Its giving the best pink results.

There is no best possible girl time. I don't believe in timing, so I cannot tell you what to do here. I got my girl by DTD at pos OPK/day before ovulation.
