So I have had my period but I just thought I would do a Pregnancy test as I have some symptoms and it looks like its +
But I find it hard to believe because I just had AF for 8 days??!! Surely I can't be pregnant and have a BFP from yesterday attempt?
Could the test be wrong?

Wow!! That is a super strong BFP!! Huge congratulations! :-D

It must surely be from the last attempt. Some women have AF the first month of pregnancy. Fantastic!

Congrats! you should definitely take another test. some people do have AF whilst PG

Wow that looks a strong positive!!! I would be as confused as you! I've heard of pregnancy tests showing opsitive on OPK's but never the other way round! Do you have the clear blue digital where it tells you 'pregnant' 'not pregnant' id buy one of those. If in doubt book in a blood test at the doctors.

Mumofsix what a turn around. Only you can decide. Having a 7th child and it being another boy is a possibility, but you knew that going into this. It depends on how quickly you want this. I am also still torn but still not eating le either. I know we will not ttc this next cycle deep down as I want to have given it my best shot for a girl. Plus as I got af exactly on th March they'd class my due date as 25th dec. Id really rather aviod that x

Thanks girls- I'm not getting too excited though as the bleeding which I thought was AF could have been a very early mc...not sure what to think and what to do - just in shock...

mumofsix, it is a hard decision, just bear in mind that there's no 'perfect' sway and I don't think you would spoil anyone's holidays.the decision is yours though, hope you find the answer in you. Xx

Wow that is a bright positive! I would be optimistic that your are pregnant since the positive is so strong, even after the bleeding. I would probably take a few more tests and get to the dr ASAP for a blood test. Hope all is ok!

Thank you for the welcome! I don't mind if it takes a few months as I've only been on diet a month so could use more time, and it's not too bad. Although I will surely be sick of it eventually. I'm trying to keep it simple and not stress.

La vie en rose that sounds like good news!! Congrats!! How super strange though.... get a blood test to make sure 100% but sounds like you are moving to a due date forum
Dreamingofawin have you asked atomics advice? She always says no perfect sway I figure the longer I am on this diet the looser I will become what a way to kick off April (though tech. March) with a BFP xxx

That looks pretty positive to me! With DS1 I still had AF for the first month or 2, although I didn't get a pos pregnancy test…all I got was BFNs but I knew I was pregnant. Even had a negative blood test and ultrasound which said I wasn't but I was?!? So it defiantly is possible to still have AF and be pregnant. Fingers crossed for you.
