It might be best for you to ask atomic as she is best placed to advise, I just know from being on this site that if you are going to take it, it should be AF- just before O. It can mess up cycles and delay O for some people.

Marika I know what you mean about being frustrated with the amount of time it's taking to get pregnant. Both my boys I was pregnant the first month of trying. I'm thinking I'll do the dtd every 4 days and once at OPK this time. I wasn't taking Zyrtec with my boys but now I live on it due to allergies. Maybe I'll try skipping it on days we dtd. Hard to know what to do.

Yes, I take Zyrtec too for allergies and didn't with my boys. I still have a lot of eggwhite cm with it though. I think I'll stop it around cd10 (usually O on day 15).
Oh, and I'm dropping Vitex this cycle. I think the stats on it aren't great enough to deal with all the stress and messed up cycles it causes.Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.

July 2016: Laproscopic surgery to remove a ping pong ball sized endometrioma on left ovary and 3 pea size fibroids on outside of uterus. Hysteroscopy to remove one larger "penetrating fibroid" inside uterus.
Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.

I feel another cold coming on, honestly I have had so many in the last 6 months, I havent minded because I think it will help the sway, if only they could be timed with O! It surprises me because my diet is so healthy - so many fruits and veggies I must be getting loads of vitamins. Oh well.....[/QUOTE]
Thanks Stephk. You live in the UK like me so you can prob imagine what my experience was !
I found more info on the Internet re aftercare lol.
I hope your cold will just be enough to sway lol.
More importantly, great news that you are doing acupuncture. One of my friend had sessions and conceived both her children quickly after.

Thank you so much Mumofsix. It's easier each day. But yes it would be nice to have a professional telling you all is well and you can start TTC no worries...
I had a m/c 2 years ago at about 6weeks (like you) and I conceived my DS3 on the 2nd cycle afterwards - I am sure you will have a healthy sticky bean very soon.:-)
I have read a lot of testimonials about ladies conceiving again and rapidly after having a tube removed so this gives me great hope.
Love and hugs xx

Hey guys,
La vie super happy to hear you are doing okay, you have been through alot !! I think your relaxed sway sounds perfect. You have to put your health first. To be honest mine is pretty relaxed now I am approaching attempt no. 4 ....
Just want a healthy baby now ....we should rename this thread just want to get pregnant loosely swaying hehe!!
Lyagirl sorry for your loss too honey....have you been attempting since Jan? Our boys are the same age
I personally would drop vitex ALOT of women have found it stuffs up their cycle and the stats are not good enough to take the hassle of it!!of course get atomics input first
Kidandcatmummy how long have you been ttc?
Looking forward to chatting and sharing this rollercoaster ride with you all xxxx

Yeah I just felt better. I know fertile is not supposed to be what we're aiming for but for me I was barren Haha! I don't think id have conceived if I kept taking Vitex/SP. Its mad I got my gyne follow up through yesterday but won't be needing it. I was on Vitex/sp for almost 6 months and had horrendous short cycles. First month I stop them I get a bfp!!
I am good thanks. 4+1 today so is still soooo early. I feel nothing at all which worries me though x
