I exercised moderately with ds1. With ds2 I did a super strict sway with the couch potato route. This time I'm doing whatever it takes to add cardio. I'm not saying that the couch potato route ruined my sway, but it's getting GREAT results. Also, keeping up with 2 boys and walking the dog, going up and dien the stairs, etc I'm hardly a couch potato at this stage in life.

I did have to up my cals to 1800. I was doing 1500 or less and lost 3 lb in a week so I am now at 1800 and only lost 1 lb this week. I'm hoping I can keep up the slow weight loss. I added empty cals, not protein. I do feel leaner but I'm do tired I know I'm declining my overall health .

Sometimes I get up at 5 am to get it in. Sometimes I throw the kids in the stroller with lots if snacks and find a good trail, I hire a sitter, I go late at night. I'm even looking into buying a treadmill used on Craigslist so I could get it in while the kids are sleeping. I actually have found I really enjoy it!!
