Calling for everyone's opinion on Diet Coke for a pink sway

mandicane - I think we should still limit coffee and tea if we can because they contain healthy antioxidants which aren't so good for a girl sway. I have 2 cups of coffee a day before I switch to the diet pepsi

Humm...good to know. I will limit my intake to two cups a day max. I only drink one a day so that shouldn't be a problem. Thanks for the info.

Whether or not you choose caffeinated pop is up to you. I have seen a lot of women (inc. my mom and MIL) who drink a LOT of caffeine, prob. more than any of us do, and have both boys and girls. The Oxford study found no connection between caffeine and gender of baby conceived.

This is good to know because me and DH we both drink 1 coffee on the morning. And we just don't want to give up this little extra we have. (with little real sugar and whole milk in it)

I have a question about caffeine, what about DH I remember the original diet said no caffeine for DH too. Can he drink regular diet coke instead of caffeine free?

I believe no caffeine for DH is for the same reason the IG diet says no caffeine for DW. My DH is making no change to his caffeine intake - too much caffeine lowers fertility and lower fertility is good for a girl sway.

It's a bit diff. for DH because some studies have shown that caffeine drunk an hour before BD can make sperm livelier but that doesn't mean that they're more likely to conceive a boy.

My DH drinks a moderate amount of caffeine and has the 4 boys but our neighbor with 3 girls (he works with my husband so we have a lot of info about him LOLOLOL) is one of those guys who drinks tons of energy drinks. In fact a lot of the guys at my husband's work drink those big energy drinks all day long and have tons of girls.

I have drunk diet coke my entire life! I was always a firm believer of not wanting to drink my calories...I would rather eat them hehehehehe. I have never had a coffee or tea as I hate the taste. I drink either water or diet coke (now and then Pepsi Max) and lots of both.

And BTW...my hubby guzzles the energy drinks too! He also is not a coffee/tea drinker.
