i'm doing couch potato atm but iv read that having a cup of coffee before exercise can help, not only keep you going but boost your metabolism too. But since i am sitting on my backside, i cant say if it works.

Personally a cup of coffee with a tablespoon of creamer was enough to fuel my daily 5 mile runs. That being said, everyone is different. I did work up to it which I think helped. For the first month I'd run only 30 minutes and didn't run the full hour until I'd been active for 6 weeks. I sometimes would get that low blood sugar feeling after my run when I got back home, but I never got overly hungry or shaky or unable to complete my workout with just the coffee and normally I'm a HUGE breakfast eater.

I did couch potato with DS3 and I am SO mad I did it. I was running 6 to 7 miles a day and stopped because I thought the whole couch potato would be best ( a lot of people were using it as a sway tactic then) Now I am seeing that people have had more of a success with hardcore cardio so I am doing that route! Plus working out makes me feel better and in a better mood!

I also went couch potato with my last sway and now I regret it. I was chasing after a toddler, working in a highly active job, and living in a location that allowed me to walk everywhere, so it's not like I was really a couch potato anyway. Now I'm doing cardio I don't always love it, but it is easier than I thought it would be and I have noticed serious changes that I hope are swaying pink for me.

I strongly, strongly advise against adding B6 and B12 to a pink sway. I believe they both sway blue and I got my 4th boy taking 100 mg B6 and some amount of B12 (not sure how much exactly) then my girl not taking either one.

The old school sway tactics used to claim those swayed pink becasue they "raised progesterone" but no study was ever done on them or even on progesterone levels themselves to prove that hypothesis.

Thanks for this Atomic!!! I totally thought that B6/12 swayed girl. I used it for DD1 but not for DD2.

Wow great thank you!! Do you think having a banana per workout would be ok? I don't think I could run for an hour on nothing.

Yes, that's fine, BUT I do want to let you know that once upon a time (in between when I had my first 2 boys and my second 2 boys LOL) I used to be in super good shape and one time I ate a banana before a workout and I have never had a blood sugar crash like that one!! OMG it was so bad I actually had to stop working out to eat and I was really quite fit then so it had to be the banana.
