I have also always done a lot of calf exercises LOL. Wonder if there's anything to that.

oh and also, if you're not fit, ladies, please don't feel like you have to use really heavy weights (like 5-10 lbs), this may be too much for a woman, esp. if you are only just starting off.
I always use 2-3 lb weights and no heavier than that, and I got 4 boys and quite a bit of muscle doing that.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

So I'm into a routine now of 45 mins brisk walking one day - weights the next day. With the weights I just do what I can manage and then a little more so not OTT.
I hope this is enough
It's more than I have done in years. I had become a lot lazier than I realized!!

I'm either doing weights & cardio combined or just weights, 30 mins a day 4-6 days a week with one day of hiking in the mountains! I actually love the weights and hope all this muscle I'm building will help me have a better pregnancy & easier weight loss when I'm done!
