Spotting after af

Thanks for posting this Swish because this is the first month that I have had the same issue. I'm like "WTF am I still spotting on cd9?!?" Weird.

I'm only taking Vitex and a prenatal vitamin. I took an hpt on cd28 and 29 and they both came up negative. the strange thing is that I would be elated if this was a chemical pregnancy. It would mean the Vitex is working and I am no longer annovulatory.

I hope that is true (not the chemical, but that you're ovulating! GO vitex go!!)

I've had the opposite happen to me. Since having my kids, my period tends to be about 8-9 days, starting out super heavy for about 3 days, with the last 3-4 days being spotting. Since taking vitex, my period has been super light - 5 days: 1 regular, 2 light, 2 spotting. I barely needed to use tampons the last couple of cycles! (tmi, I know). I'm sure your change is nothing to worry about - take it as a good sign that your cycle is changing.

That is really interesting Mocha and I agree that is a good sign - if you have half a sec, I hope you (and everyone who responded to this thread) drop by the "Vitex" thread and share your experiences so we have them all in one place.
