Do I need to take fiber?
Or any supplements? If I'm not ttc until July, I want to be on the diet long and lose weight.
I'm not sure how to take baby asprinDS *11/07*

re bread and pasta - most people do up intake of carbs, but since you have a fair bit of weight to lose I'd keep that to a dull roar for now till some of the weight has gone. Many find they lose more easily without too many white carbs.
The most important thing is to stick within limits for the day and in the DM section you'll see a thread called "Best-Worst Food Guide" that will help you a lot.
Answered re chicken in other thread
RE artificial sweeteener - it is at your discretion but I do not recommend anything more than the FDA approved amount of 2-3 servings per day. It is not very effective at all, I have seen people get boys with frightening amounts of the stuff and since it doens't work well, please keep it safe and sane.!!! I can't give individual recommendations on supplements without a sway plan, there are too many variables.
MOst people should use some fiber, it really does seem to help a bit.
In my signature there is a link to the Complete Index which is all the essays together in one place in alphabetical order and they will really help.
With baby aspirin, I am moving away from using that because there are risks and the results were not good enough to justify continuing it. Some peopel still want to use it and that's ok. there is a whole essay in the index on how to use aspirin.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Please look in the Complete Index, it will really help.
Types of milk vary depending on an individual's health needs. I used rice milk. Some people use skim dairy, others use full fat dairy because it is better for blood sugar and fertility, but may be somewhat blue friendly.
What you need to understand is it's not about the "Right or wrong" foods, it's about lowering your overall fertility and nutrient intake, and blood sugar. So you need to choose the foods that can best help you do that.
I didn't eat much meat when I got my daughter nor much dairy either..!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

No reason to give up chocolate and soda, I would focus on giving up things that sway really strongly and both diet and regular soda are ok, as are white and milk chocolate. IF you're miserable the whole time you'll end up cheating or quitting.
That is what I did, i just made normal meals and then ate the veg and side dishes and desserts and got a girl doing htat.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
