Hello All! I'm loving this new thread!! Thanks Z
♥ User Name -DoulaMama
♥ Swaying Status - Swayer in Waiting- Hopefully Sept/Oct/Nov
♥ TTC DC # - 4
♥ What I'm planning on doing for this sway- LE diet(to the best of my ability as I'm bfding my 13mos old), no breakfast, no coffee(just tea twice daily),
ions(fans going in house, no a/c, outside a lot, salt lamps, etc), vitex and folic acid, benadryl from O-4 through O, frequent release AF-O minus 4 with condom and then BD through until O+1day, sylk and rephresh, missionary or spooning with legs closed(no O), shallow release, J&D after 15 mins and then lay down for bed, girlie outfit under bed(dress that I wore as a child) along with wooden spoon
, no working out at all, trying to work on T levels so less yelling at my kids...LOL and less goals to achieve, weight loss(17 so far this year) to get below my lowest adult weight(around 150lbs-so another 35 to go....not sure if I'll make it). Chinese calendar is correct for my 3 boys as well, and it says Girl from now until Nov. I think that's about it
Oh and B6 for luteal phase length.
Now if my cycles would become a lot less wonky I'll be happy. The vitex doesn't seem to be helping that much. Right now I'm 6 dpo and I'm praying that I'm not pregnant. I wasn't really swaying at all and I thought I was on CD3 as I was bleeding....I was actually O-3days and we DTD without protection. So, if our oops doesn't result in a pregnancy...this is our sway!![]()

I'm so sorry
You're 12 dpo now? It can still happen Mama! If there's no AF yet let's just focus on the positive!! If you really didn't want to TTC this coming month is there any way you could incorporate just 2-3 more food items, stay low in cals and then bump it back hardcore during the beginning of the next month? If it's just a few more things and say maybe don't worry about the sodium as much...I don't know
I'm hoping it all works out for you Mocha!!! (((HUGS)))

Thanks, DM...I just really want to get that BFP and move on - if we wait another month we'll run into the same problem with ds3's birthday, which is in June. Regardless of what we do, I'm definitely incorporating more food into my diet. I'm going to be careful not to GAIN weight anymore weight, but I definitely need to stop LOSING weight or one day I'll just disappear. I already need to go out and buy a bunch of Size 0 clothes because my Size 2s are falling off me. I also want more tasty food, so I think I'm going to eat garlic and chocolate once in a while and not be quite as strict with sodium and maybe even protein too once in a while (maybe once or twice a week I'll let myself eat 45-50g of protein). I'll keep vegetarian, though, for sure.

I know what you mean about the diet. I was on it from Feb to May, we were originally going to try in may and a family issue came up that make us think we would not try at all! So I went off the diet for a few week, things improved so I got back on the diet wagon. I did really good but i have fallen off since I confirmed O...bad I know... Basic principals still there, no breakfast, no meats low protien...but the salt has been bad and I have probably been at 2000 calories! I had been doing no more then 1000 and normally around 850 to 900. I was supposed to get back on the diet better today....so far not good...I had some chocolate! So I understand completely the diet thing...it is so hard and draining...physically and mentally! I just better hope this works for me this time cause I have to try again in August and will have had some bad days. I have to believe has much as I want a girl what is meant to be will be. If I am meant to have a girl some chocolate and Olive Garden salad will not take that away from me! LOL I am a firm beleiver in swaying to a point but at some point fate will take over. Go easy on yourself if need be on the diet a bit if it helps you center and re-focus.

Hi ladies, great to see so many pink Swayers!! I just wrote a really long post and it disappeared, how annoying, still mustn't get stressed, lol!
Mocha, oh i really feel for you right now, I know exactly how you feel! I cried last time at the thought of doing it all again and I'll definately cry again!! But you cannot give up, you have done SO well and are now in a fantastic position to conceive a gorgeous girlie!! You cannot waste all the hard work you have done. I definately think you should ease up on the diet a bit more and maybe give yourself treat days to look forward to(small goals!!!). PLus, if it was me, I'd ditch the rephresh next attempt, I really think it may be stopping those spermies from getting through!! All that said, it's not over yet, I do understand how you feel but until af arrives you could be pregnant, I'm still keeping fx for you, big hugs!!! Xx
Zani, I absolutely get drowsy from zyrtec, I nearly fell asleep today wTching supers an with ds1! and I took the tablet last night, maybe it's because we have no food in us!!
Ootb, how are you feeling now?
Dm, any symptoms?
Everyone else, looking forward to getting to know you better.
As for me, we're dtd every night at the moment, dh is feeling very lucky again! I'm waiting to ov, cp is now 'show', does anyone know how long you ov after that happens? The new chilled me is having pizza for dinner, I've made my own tomato base, griddled courgettes and have low fat moz, I can't wait, my tummy is rumbling!!!

Mocha- Ds4 was a surprise pregnancy, and amazingly he shared the same due date as ds3 did, they were both due on oct 27th but ds3 came on oct 23rd but I had the same thing all through pregnancy worried I would steal or ruin his bday, I end up having ds4 on oct 4th, so I have a bday party last week of sept(which is normally weekend before the 4th) and then have another bday at the end of oct lol, ds3 wants his separate he doesn't won't to share his bday which I don't blame him lol so in other words if you do conceive next month it could still all work out for you bday wise
Little ot lol in first of sept I launch what I call operation bday lol we do 2 in oct, one in nov around thanksgiving, and then one in dec around christmas and that's just the kids bday parties, we have several adult family members born at the end of the yr, so I wasn't overjoyed when I found out I would be adding another to my operation bday list lol but it worked great last yr and hoping it will be successful this yranyways lol
I think the diet is just running your body down, you're not getting the proper nutrients you need, you're small anyway not much more you can lose and when we run down physically it runs us down emotionally and then bfn's don't help either, I think adding something like you said might help keep your body satisfied but also keep your intake low enough to sway girlbut you're still in until a good af shows Gl on whatever you decide

A lot of people don't agree with me on this, but to me checking cp and cm is more reliable and less confusing once you get the hang of it, I have been doing it for yrs, because we protect up to ovalution and then quit protecting until af and then until af ends(because I don't won't spermicide messing up my divacup lol)
