and it is also one less thing to focus on.
REmember those old school sways where people were temping and charting and doing OPK and testing pH 3x a day and checking CM and CP?? The more we ******line it, make it more instinctive and less at the forefront of our brains constantly, the better our results seem to be.!!! I am praying I do not get to the next cycle but "IF" I do, BD every 3 days and that will be that. I will need to be held accountable because It seems like every month there is something different and there probably will always be something.
