I tend to err on the side of overly cautious at times and I feel that the two together are ok, but I do understand where you're coming from. I have used OLE and LR together for tons of people and not seen any ill effects from it that I"m aware of.

1 billion percent that natural does not equal safe and appreciate others having the same concern.

The story of OLE is that a doctor was on this site for a few weeks and claimed that OLE with HT was getting stellar results for girls. We don't have a clue as to why that was, she had a study she was going to publish that allegedly explained it but I don't think it was ever published that I saw. They started using it for IVF/PGD rounds and it didn't seem to sway blue, so I tentatively started using it for men who had really poor sperm health and couldn't use stronger stuff. It may help boost sperm health. We got good results with it, but I am still not sure if it's "real", or because I only used it for guys with cruddy sperm health which may sway pink anyway.

I literally cannot tell you why anything sways. No one can and anyone who says they can, is selling something more expensive than me LOL.

The assumption is pH but it could be some other thing totally. So please don't hang your hat on pH or anything, all this is just theorizing. What it boils down to is, if things are getting good results, USE THEM. If they aren't, don't. Don't try to piece it together because we don't have the data yet and I see it time after time after time that people get so hung up on pH or sperm count or testosterone that they miss the forest for the trees and start doing things based on the "guesses" when really they should be doing what is WORKING. It is just a major step in the wrong direction to turn away from something that seems to be effective because of pH, you know?? We don't even know that pH does anything and in fact science indicates it probably doesn't. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...ph-pickle.html

OLE replaces cranberry. If he's using cranberry, I wouldn't have given him OLE. We can switch if you want to, I am still a bit skeptical of OLE because it is not that incredible in the HT results (seems to work for some, not for others, meaning about 50-50 it looks to me like) and thus far only swayers who are older or had sperm health issues were using it. So not a random sampling. I am fine with anyone using it but I am going to continue to recommend cranberry for husbands who are under 40 and have good sperm health until I see more reliable info on that.

LR can be replaced by pep tea.

    everyone can use soy milk
Great, thanks Atomic. I will refer to my custom plan and stick with that info. All the talk of OLE turned my head a bit lol.
