My thyroid function has always been normal (btw .8 and 1.2) tsh but I have hypo symptoms . Last physical she ran more than tsh she ran antibodies and free t3 /4. The tpo antibodies were almost 900. Regular gp said it had no clinical significance and basically a precursor for hypo... I wouldn't accept that and made an appt with an endo who said we try to monitor it so that we catch early hypo before hashi destroys ur thyroid completely . Upon exam it is also irregular shaped and slightly enlarged which is classic of hashi. A lot of ppl get hashi and never get hypo but I am trying with diet and supplements to keep it at bay as best I can . Very likely I had this with my son and what I thought was crazy hormones post delivery was really post partum thyroiditis into hashi ... My endo feels that bc my other numbers are fine it wound impede on me getting preg or raising chance of miscarriage ( she said usually it's undiaggnosed hypo that can do that ) but I am glad I found out bc as soon as I get a bfp I need to have blood monitored every 4-6 weeks to watch my levels and medicate if necessary. She told me tons of ppl have hashi and have normal thyroid function and just remain undiagnosed... Insist upon a full panel when thyroid tests are done ESP if Ttc... All it is is checkingn off a different box ...
Thanks atomic ! What's the thought of doing the Zyrtec or Benadryl around o now that I'm dropping rephresh? I tend to have a lot of ewcm( sorry tmi) and now that I m going to be dtd closer to o I feel like I should maybe add if I'm dropping the frequency and rephresh ?

We're your t3-4 numbers normal and just antibodies off? My son had an ultrasound and tsh done because his is bigger than normal like mine. Guess I need to ask for the antibody test.

antihistamine also getting disappointing results and people with thyroid are not supposed to take them except under dr. care. If you do want to use, do rescue only taking just one dose on day of attempt only.

Honestly, alcohol has been gettting superior results to antihistamine and so if that is ok for you, I'd go with alcohol instead of antihistamine

Yes all normal besides antibodies ...
Alcohol is fine by me ! We're actually going to be in vacay just the two of us for what looks like the next attempt and few days surrounding so will be enjoying a couple anyway. Should I start like 5 days around o like antihistamine ? And I'm limiting it to aochol or white wine Correct?

I think the whole first 2 weeks of the cycle, any time is fine. MOst people want to drop it after O (although I ~personally~ think it's ok 1 drink a day after ovulation until BFP, but that is just my belief and everyone should do what THEY THINK is right)

1-2 drinks a day, whatever you prefer. I drank beer.

Waiting to o! Cd 14 and usually pretty regular at 15/16 - this month I dropped the advanced opk so I am just using the digital ... I don't really know if it's "on its way" bc I have just got the empty circles so far ... I am using the wondfo as back up and so far vvfpl - using these 2x a day... I "should " ovulate tomorrow but if I was to go in based on a fade in - I prob won't o till Sunday.... Waiting patiently for my 1 -attempt! Can the wondfo be light and then hours later catch the surge ? Or so they progressively get darker by the day?
In addition I did the alcohol which wasn't so hard 1 drink each night and 2 last... And I dropped the prenatals and have only been taking folic acid . I didn't even do the prenatals part time in the past 2 weeks bc I figured only 2 weeks . My plan is to still use dh second release of the day if I can but make sure it's not immediate like last time and wait like 3 hours or so ... Going to try to do the hot bath/ shower as well - can't hurt!! Debating starting to use the digital 2x a day so nervous to miss the surge and trying to be relaxed . Will update in the tww
