    Yes, the number doesn't mean anything really. Some people are just naturally thin, and some women with a higher BMI have wonky cycles after losing weight quickly, even though their BMI is normal or high.

    I know it's hard to believe and it's scary, but even if your ovulation does get a bit spotty, it's temporary and will fix itself in short order, for most of us it will happen even if we don't gain back any weight at all.
