Great tactic mocha! My childminder is doing a BBQ for DS2 on Monday as it's his last day with her and she said 'you're not vegetarian or anything are you' and I immediately answered no and then said 'unless you're doing veggie stuff for anybody else because I actually prefer the taste of them' and she said she was and she preferred the taste too. Phew!

    My food for today:

Lunch: Tesco light choices tomato and cheese pasta bake (only 200mg sodium - good for a ready meal!) and Velvet Crunch crisp thingies.
Dinner: Vegetable burger in wrap with mayo. Strawberry yogurt.
    Snack: More Velvet Crunch crisps.

I managed to keep to the diet for the most part today, but it didn't end so well. My mom made me a girl-friendly pasta for supper, but I ended up eating too much and got sick. My poor shrunken stomach just can't eat food like it used to! I ended up throwing up several times, and once I felt better enough I made myself eat a bit more to make up for all the calories I'd lost. Luckily some plain chips and full sugar Pepsi seem to have settled my stomach and I feel fine now.

    7am: coffee
12pm: lunch at Tim Horton's (a coffee shop) on the road to my Mom's house. I had yogurt with fresh berries and half a plain bagel with low fat cream cheese
    1pm: Diet Pepsi
5:30pm: broccoli and basil pesto with parmesan, chocolate ice cream bar and half a cup of coffee for dessert
9:30pm: low salt chips, full sugar Pepsi, apple

I have no idea what my totals really were today since I threw up pretty much my entire meal earlier. If I count everything I ate today, I come to:

    Calories: 1859
    Protein: 48
    Sodium: 870

Tomorrow's going to be harder because my carnivore brother will likely be the one doing the cooking. I already felt everyone looking at me in the pool today, and my Mom commented that my collarbone is sticking out and I look unhealthy. Getting sick tonight doesn't help everyone's suspicion that I have an eating disorder!

Oh man!! Timmy's veggie garden sandwich on white, toasted with cream cheese, lettuce and cucumber has become a favorite for me lately!! It's so good....probably even better with the tomato that's supposed to go on it!

Sounds yummy, SA77 - I'll have to try that sometime! I do have to say their yogurt and berries was surprisingly good - the yogurt wasn't too sweet and they were actual fresh berries on it - I thought it would be more like a sweetened berry jam. I take it you're on the IG diet? I eat tomatoes all the time on the Low Everything diet....

Actually just trying to eat light in general and stay away from the so called no no's. I don't know what's on the low everything diet though. The yogurt and berries is really good too! I'm officially in the tww and have one week to go and hopefully I get a bfp and this will be over! Although I'm going to Mandarin tonight for my best friend bday and gonna enjoy!!! Lol

I hope you get your BFP too, SA77! I won't be in the 2WW again for another week, and I'm hoping this is my last one!

So today ended up being a huuuuge cheat day since I wasn't able to really control my food with all these people around.

    7am: coffee
12pm: low sodium bun with low fat swiss, a bit of mayo and cucumber, curd cheese
2pm: tomato from my Mom's garden
5:30pm: chips and guacamole while feeding the kids their supper (I know avocado is taboo, but it was sooooo good!)
6:30pm: chicken fajitas. I kind of had no choice but to eat these as my brother had been working on them all day, I was sitting beside him at the table, and everyone has commented on how skinny I am. They were sooooooo good! I only used a couple pieces of chicken (my first chicken in many months), but they were real tortillas (very salty) with salty salsa and cheddar cheese. I ate two and worried I'd be overstuffed and sick again like last night, but I feel great! I also had 3 cobs of corn, tiramisu for dessert, and red wine!

So...I'm sure I'm waaaaayyy over for protein and sodium today, but at least I got to enjoy it without feeling sick afterwards. I think I made a lot of headway in convincing everyone I'm not anorexic since I ate almost as much as everyone else. Tomorrow we're ordering pizza for supper, so I can easily eat plain cheese pizza...I just need to keep from eating 5 pieces like I'm sure I'll be tempted to! I'm going to try to have a very light lunch - maybe just some plain rice - so I can eat a little more pizza at suppertime without feeling too guilty. Eating real food today felt sooooo good...I can't wait until I can do that every day!!!

I'm SO glad you enjoyed that meal mocha!

    I forgot to update yesterday:

Lunch: Dorset Apple Cake and a couple of strawberries (no idea of the nutritional content - bought from the Farmer's Market)
Dinner: Taglietelle with kids tomato pasta sauce. WW ice cream sundae.
    Snack: Tutti Fruttis

Finally a weight loss showing on the scales for this week too! It's my own fault as I know I should only weigh myself once a week - will try and stay off the scales until my official weigh in day on Tuesday now!

We've had a lovely day today for DS1's birthday. He only had 3 of his friends from school over (so 6 boys in total!) and they were an absolute joy, the best party we've had so far I think.

    I have eaten:
Lunch: ww bread with cheese slice. Velvet Crunch. Slice birthday cake (choc cake with choc and double cream, maltesers and choc fingers - I took the smallest slice I could!)
Dinner: Tesco light cheesey pasta with broccoli and peas.
Snack: I haven't decided yet - my tummy hurts and I don't fancy anything but I probably should or else I'll pass out by lunchtime tomorrow! Going to start with a nice cup of tea
