    I don't know Hobber, I wish I did. :/

I DO think those things can be controlled to some extent via diet though.

I think a gang of tired little boys (or girls no doubt!) at the school gate are good for created feelings of being overwhelmed - you should have seen me last Thursday after DS2 had run away for the five thousandth time, then pushed his brother (who was also screaming and arching his back because he wanted to run away too!) in his pushchair into somebody's ankles - and then when I took DS3 out of his pushchair and asked for a cuddle because I was in such a flap and was all sweaty and he headbutted me!!

I don't know how you guys with 3 and 4 little ones do it. I only have 2 little boys (my other two boys are MUCH older) and I STILL don't like to go shopping by myself with the little boys. o.O God bless ya!!

I pretty much don't go shopping with the boys - I go to the supermarket at 9pm or at weekends or when I only have one child in tow. Any other type of shopping I definitely do on my own or I get delivered to my door!! If this baby's a girl do you think she'll like shopping or is that just a fantasty?!

I loved to go shopping with my mom, even just for groceries! I still love grocery shopping, it's one of my fave jobs.

I am so glad you posted this. I have three boys and my husband has said I can try one more time since he knows how important this is to me. He has even agreed to do anything to help sway as far a diet and supps go. He has even agreed to abstain for 14 days. This is really hard for a man who can't even take a shower without relieving himself...I love that man he is very supportive. We seem to be very fertile as we have tried with all three on ovulation day only to fall pregnant the first try. So any advice given will be very welcomed. I seem to have a very boy diet so even though I can't commit to the diet 100% I will try to cut down and make myself go on the poor girl diet. I truly hope it works this time as this is it. Good luck to you.

Melissa, 14 days abstain, what a trooper!!!

I do want to point out that if you do a lot of things to sway (like long abstaining, altering pH, etc) you may NEED to DTD fairly close to O in order to get pg at all. If you can't get pg, you have no chances of your DG.

Any changes you make in a more girl-friendly direction (such as just cutting back on calories, protein, and fat intake, will sway pink for you. It isn't all or nothing regarding diet, that's only with the "mineral" diets like the French Gender Diet and IG Diets. My Low-Everything Diet can be followed loosely and you will still get some benefits from it.
