I'd definitely try to get Clomid familymatters! Love your avatar btw.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

If you are older than 38 you need to have your FSH tested before getting Clomid, just wanted to be clear on that

Ahh in that case go for Femara, it's much better for older women than Clomid as atomic pointed out. I didn't realise your age.

I'm 31 next week. My one concern about Clomid is twins! I'm still unsure what to do. I could handle 4 kids, not sure about 5 lol

Femara has a greatly reduced risk of multiples.

Familymatters - you are just 31? Oh man...you're a spring chicken you lucky thing! Lol! I wish I could be in my 30's again (with the same DH and kids of course). Hahaha! When is your attempt coming up?
2008 2010 2012 August 2015 at 10 weeks and CP June 2016 2019. My longed-for baby girl (DD2) arrived into the world safe and sound on 13th June 2019 . We named her Lucia Anna Catalina. I still can't believe she is here and often have to pinch myself. I am one VERY blessed Mumma. She also has a dimple like her big sister.

Lol well I don't feel like a spring chicken, but I do feel like if we want a fourth kid it's better to do it now than wait!

Did you have your attempt this week? Have you been good on your diet? I have been doing quite well on my diet but I have to admit I'm hungry. I know you're not supposed to be hungry but the no snacking rule is very hard for me.

I have an appointment with my gp tomorrow to have my Mirena removed... Hopefully she can find the strings. Peoole say you should be abke to feel them but ive never been able to. If not then I will have to go to a gyno and that might set me back another month. That would be quite disappointing.

Familymatters - when are due for your attempt? Lol...I feel like a spring chicken and look younger for my age (or so I am told) yet am 44 still. Hehehe. I haven't done any attempts. My DH agreed to just one try and then changed his mind again saying, "Why do I want to risk conceiving a child I don't want?" Yet I know he would love it once it was here. Bloody men! And today at CD 18 I have finally gotten my first pos OPK for this cycle so tonight would be the perfect night for an attempt. yet it will prob be another wasted cycle as he will insist on wearing his 'rain gear'.
