Ok, I normally get my periods on the 13th of each month and they last 5 days(this was like this for a few months post breastfeeding)
January:I got it on the 8th-13th(couldn't determine a positive ovulation)
February:18th(today) and dtd on the 10th when I was showing up as positive for ovulation.

I think you may be getting a little confused because you're using the days of the month instead of cycle days. Your body doens't know what day it is on the calendar and your cycle should last about 28 days (anwhere from 21-35 days totally normal) YOu shouldn't expect that your period would come the same day every month, because the months have different days in them.

Lets say LP was a little short in Jan and period came early. And/or then O was a little delayed in Feb. This is all in normal range and I can't tell you waht is really happening without bloodwork, ultrasound, etc. For all we know your LP was still 14 days in Feb and the 10th had a false ovulation.

if you aren't already then you should add in the 1 serv full fat dairy, 4-6 eggs a week, and one serv. salmon or red meat a week in case you have short LP.

Ok as long as it all sounds normal then I'm not worried :-) I know it sounds weird but every month I could put my money on getting my periods on the same day of the month.I have been eating Mayo on chicken every day and lots of eggs, salmon, nuts(few)in the week.I eat my macros of 50-60g protein and 40-50g of fat with an average of 9-13g saturated fats a day.I will give it some time and stop obsessing over it,I'm in no rush really but have noticed all these changes happening that I have never experienced before :-)

Oh I'm not saying it's impossible (and in fact I've had some times in my life where it would often show up on the 1st for some reason), just that usually when people are saying that, they are confusing themselves and thinking it HAS to be that way when it doesn't.

I feel like vitex makes strange cycles worse and thus I'd stay off
