Not ovulating

Thanks bukoram I was thinking that myself, it's after 12 in the uk so technically am 9 dpo, which is better than 7! Af not started but am very sore, I have had this since Thursday, I have had similar cramping before and then AF arrived. Last Dec we had too much wine and bd on ovulation day. I was convinced I was pregnant and interrupted the cramps as implantation etc, then AF arrived, I was so sure. I don't think it went on this long, we shall see. Thanks for responding, I really appreciate the support, feel like giving up but know am very hormonal and that is not the right time to make big decisions, been off diet and exercise two days, needed a blow out but feeling more like getting on with that tomorrow, hopefully I will get back on the horse tomorrow. Sorry am a rubbish communicator in this medium. Af has not arrived, I thought it had arrived a few days ago when I woke up in the middle of the night lather and cramping but no show. Feel it will come tonight. If my af had arrived on Thursday it would have been an lp of 6 days from when I think I ovulated, Friday would have been an lp of 7 days, I the post I meant if it stays away until Friday, that would be a 7 day lp. I am currently dpo 9 according to when I, not ff think I ovulated. Given my temps are a bit all over the show and there is a query about whether I actually o' ed or not, I was wondering when to expect af? Hope that makes sense x

No one can tell you when your AF will come. It will come sometime between 7-14 days after you ovulated, rarely as long as 16 but that's not that common.

Thinking back, does this have any impact on when the testing was done?? If it WAS O Day or even before it which I think entirely possible, then them telling you that you hadn't ovulated can't be accurate because your hormones would have been different than if they had been taken post O.

Also I do want to mention that I had horrific cramps I thought were O related in one cycle I got pregnant.

Thanks atomic, still no af and I made it to 10 dpo well when I think I ovulated. Given that and that af has not arrived yet, then I definitely ovulated after the blood draw so am disregarding that test result. I keep thinking af is on the way, I am spending far too much time tripping to the tiolet to check. I am very bloated this afternoon, which is always a sign of af, so we will see! Trying to not feel down heartened about impending af and look at the positives are thar my lp is longer, looking much better, thanks again for all your help, much appreciated x

Just wanted to update, I got my bfp, I am beyond delighted. Going by lmp am 6 weeks tomorrow, hoping for a sticky, healthy bean and a pink one would be amazing! X

Just wanted to issue a clarification that while vitex can indeed help some people with anov cycles it is not right for many people (especailly those whose cycles have become weird from swaying or too strict a diet) and thus not something that everyone should just add in if their cycles become wackadoo. Check with me first!
