Good luck to you too sweetsister!
I used Rephresh too - a whole applicator around 48 hours before our attempt.

thank you, I was wondering how much rephresh to use. I've only tried it twice so far but found it very hard to only get some out - it's much easier to do the full dose

I'm also swaying at the moment although I think I went overboard with my 0+12 attempt. I took benedryl zyrtec aspirin rephresh in the morning, acijel on Dh for lube while dtd. Dh takes LR zyrtec benedryl aspirin. I'll have to change something next month if it's a negative. What do u girls think?

OK, I have a plan!
with such little weight to lose I've always known (well, since my first week of the diet) that I can't keep it up that long. So we've got a plan:
TTC this cycle and keep up the diet
TTC next cycle, but as soon as OV is over I will go back to eating more normal although still try and keep blood glucose low, and then that should take us to mid-November.
From when AF arrives then if we're still not pregnant I'll go back to my old eating ways, bring back breakfast, and just enjoy Christmas with my DH and my DS, re-gaining weight if I have to and re-stocking my nutrients in my body.
Once Christmas is out of the way I'll start the diet again, ready to TTC in Feb and March, etc.
So it means only 2 shots at getting pregnant at a time, but TBH I feel less in a rush now than I did and know that it will be worth waiting for and I can't become "Swayorexic" in the process because that won't help anyone.

rainbow - that sounds like a great plan. I had decided that if I didn't get my BFP this past month I was going to start eating more normally in the 2WW, though still making sure to keep blood glucose low.

thanks
sort of looking forwards to eating "real" food one way or another in 6-8 weeks now. Praying my LP is long enough to get pregnant this cycle... I think it'll be hit or miss

Well, I got a + OPK yesterday afternoon, cervix was SHOW, we had an attempt, but DH wasnīt able to deliver...I canīt describe how angry, disappointed and sad I am...I really felt every thing was perfect, had managed to have a 7 day abstain (happened to be sick and vomited in the morning), I had been good on the diet this last month thinking I would start eating normal again after this change just giving up on swaying. Now I didnīt even get a change to get pregnant with all my last efforts

Weīll try tonight but it will probably be too late, no more ecwm and cervix is lower and firmer and more closed. I tried and managed to stay positive last cycle when we missed our fertile window, but now, I feel like giving up and just have a boy, I canīt do this anymore. But I feel so sad too thinking of getting pregnant on my normal diet, that way I have no change of a daughter
Sorry for moaning.
Rainbow your plan sounds good. Hope you wonīt need it and you fall pregnant soon.

Oh Indira, I'm so sorry. Maybe tonight will work out - I always have less EWCM when I actually ovulate than I do leading up to it. {hugs}
