I've been drinking skim milk basically daily for my entire life... even 1% seems fatty to me, so I'm dreading switching to full fat.
All milk has sugar in it. It is lactose and it's part of milk. It's not added sugar, it's a component of milk.

The reason why skim dairy is better for those with PCOS is because lactose alone without the fat acts differently on your blood sugar than with the fat. Skim dairy is the DEVIL for blood sugar (and scientists do not know why). It shoots your blood sugar way, way up and may even contribute to diabetes later in life. If you can't stand full fat milk that's fine, have something like cheese or full fat yogurt instead, but anyone on the alternate LE Diet that's better for those with PCOS, insulin resistance, and is better for egg quality, avoid skim milk like the plague.

But there is no sugar free milk because lactose is a part of milk.
