My Ovulation Chart

I have such bad baby brain at the moment I can't really remember sorry! Lol. Don't remember exactly what I ate just that I fasted til after 12 every day but for "breakfast" had a cup of caffeinated coffee with sugar and milk, just so I didn't pass out from not eating lol. Only had two meals a day. Almost no snacking, occasional cheat like potato chips or chocolate. I think I just ate toast with butter for lunch most days, and skipped the Vegemite as I was worried it's too high in B vitamins. For dinner I just ate a smaller portion of what the rest of the family ate. I'm not a huge meat eater so didn't have to worry too much about cutting back. I made sure I cut out all fruit/veg juices which I've always drunk lots of! Actually I think I cut most fruit out of my diet. I had 2 cups of caffeinated coffee per day and at night drank 1-2 standard alcoholic drinks. oh and forgot to add to my sway - I was taking psyllium husks (fiber) in water a couple times a day too! Never been so regular in my life! Haha
