Also ladies just a reminder that when you do any of these drinks (even the safe ones like green tea) or even are just eating more sodium, you MUST take 2000 mcg (that's micrograms, not milligrams) of folic acid every day without fail.

Brewers Yeast
So i went into wholefoods today looking for BY. The guy in the health and beauty section helped me to find powder tin and asked me if I am a vegetarian. He made me sound strange to be asking for this as I am neither a vegetarian nor a vegan. Anyways he presented an alternative and most effective way to get b-complex through a liquid supplement. He said i would have to eat a ton of BY to get the same amount of vitamins in that bottle. Needless to say I left the store quite confused but still managed to get out with a can of BY powder. It is darn expensive so I am trying to use in AF-O.... is there any benefit to use prior to that?
My question would be what is the purpose of BY in swaying? Is the goal to get more potassium or b-complex vitamins or are they by any chance same?

He probably invented the B-supplements or his boss told him to get rid of it because it was about to expire LOL.
It is neither strange or unusual to take brewer's yeast, people do it all the time because the nutrients are easily absorbed. There are a LOT of other nutrients in the BY besides the B vitamins and more is not always better where vitamins are concerned - the B vitamins in particular can make you feel quite sh---ty when you take them in high doses and you just pee most of them out anyway. You are WAY better off with the brewer's yeast.
Rather than taking it from AF-O only, how about you use it every 2 days rather than every day, so 2-3 times a week? That way you'll get the nutrients regularly, the can will last you longer, and you won't be starting and stopping the yeast so suddenly like that. Sometimes your body gets used to nutrients at a certain level and so whenever you start and stop vitamins, it can be dangerous to your health and also to an unborn baby.
The purpose of the BY is just another source of nutrients and amino acids for your body to use to manufacture muscle and raise testosterone with, and they are in a form that is very easy for your body to use.
B vitamins and potassium are not the same thing, they're different things that your body needs to function and be healthy. The idea is that nutrients across the boards are good for TTC a boy baby because boys need more nutrients, calories, protein, and fat from pretty much the moment of conception and in fact all through life. When your body "thinks" you can support a boy pregnancy and have a lot of healthy nutritious foods to feed a little boy, it tries to conceive one. Baby girls need less nutrients from pretty much the moment of conception so if your body "thinks" times are hard and resources are scarce, you are more likely to conceive a baby girl.!!!
