I think I may have already answered this on another thread BUT in the situation you describe above, Lemon, I would go ahead and just do an attempt using antihistamine, jelly, and jump and dump NOW rather than wait for O+12. O+12 is not a good method for getting pg and if you don't get pg, you have no shot at your DG.
