I've been very hungry. Transitioning to whole grain and no sugar because I'm unsure of my pcos status. I already do whole milk. So it is still difficult for me. I made pizza for dinner and made myself a separate batch of dough with a sprinkle of salt, no sugar, and whole spelt flour. I didnt have whole wheat. Did no added salt tomato sauce and a mixture of cheese, one low fat low sodium. And some grilled eggplant. Was nice to eat with everyone. An iceberg salad with a tiny bit of oil, spices, and splash of balsamic. I have no idea how to calculate nutrients...

Anyone want to record their daily meals/help eachother out
No most are free. The potato, pumpkin & sweet potato count ONLY CALORIES. Not fat, protein. I just eat a fair amount of those so I track them for caloriesI’m on the fertility version so use more veg & whole grain. Sorry if I confused anyone!

Had take out for dinner which is my usual Monday downfall because I’m often at work longer than planned. So had 70g fat but other macros are okay.
Ate: coffee, creamer, carrots, hummus, apple, peanut butter, enchiladas, refried beans, rice.

I agree, that does seem low. Why are you only eating one meal a day? Makes me feel like I'm overeating. Lol. I eat 3 meals a day. I am still hungry. I drink coffee in the morn. Eat lunch at about 12 with coffee and either bread, matzo or crackers with salad and cheese. Then about 4 another full meal. Then 7 another meal. All under 1500 calories. 50 fat and protein.

I agree, 1200 cal or lower seems very strict to me, and the protein and fat amounts are also veeeeery low.
I don’t want to frighten you, but in the first few weeks I also thought the lower the better, and my luteal phase decreased to 8 days which meant getting pregnant became significantly harder and my gyn told me that a short LP always has something to do with poor egg quality.
So I would really recommend to talk with Atomic, what she thinks. She always mentions the importance of the lower ends of the limits
I have to admit that I don’t restrict my cal intake anymore because I want to hold my weight steady and under 2300 cals I would lose weight
My 3 meals look like this:
After getting up: coffee with a splash of full fat milk.
10:00: most of the time a banana, a few slices of bread with a small amount of (vegan) butter or a croissant.
14:00: fruit with ice cream to boost my fat intake or a soup with bread
18:30: normal dinner with my family, most of the time rice, potatoes or pasta, or sushi,... always vegetarian for me.
After dinner I have to calculate if fat or protein is missing and I add a boiled egg, chocolate, ice cream or fat free sweets if I haven’t had enough.
I aim for 60g of f and p.
Ah, and most of the evenings I have white wine.

Love your daily meal plan. I was doing similar but changed when atomic recommended sugar free. And I still didn't shop. So my ice cream all has sugar... and most things I had were white flour carbs. I added larabars to get fat and nuts in. I used to be excellent on all the parts to my diet and had wine every evening. But now I'm still figuring out the fertility diet and it's not easy. That's why I like this thread. I'm looking for ideas. I'm gonna make soup today I hope with cauliflower and leek and zucchini. Then I will have toast with butter with it.
Training my toddler so its hard for me to leave the house. I would call in an order but I need to look around to figure out what i can eat. Please keep daily meals coming. I'm desperate for ideas. And so tired of eggplant and iceberg lettuce. And its brutal hot here, but I'll do soup anyhow.

Any ideas for fat boosters on fertility diet? Any good ice cream or such without sugar. Ugh. Aspartame ice cream sounds awful. Please help me with ideas.

I have small lunch then dinner and a small snack before bedtime. Yes it’s normal for me. I could eat a bunch of cookies and cake all day long, I am more of a sweet and junk food eater not protein lol
Atomic suggest adding more carbs last time. I won’t be trying till about October.
I think any ice cream is fine as long as it’s in limit of your daily intake.Last edited by Princess Mom; July 17th, 2018 at 10:21 AM.
