I love Blogilates and Popsugar fitness!! They really make some great and fun and upbeat programs and most of them are quite easy even for beginners. I do them myself and often have kiddos on the floor with me LOL.

Yes most of the Blogilates ones in particular are totally body weight only! Plus Cassie (the host) is so cheerful!!
