just to clarify re: micro vs. macro nutrients - the micronutrients in fruit and veg have not seemed to affect sways. Only protein, fat, calories and then the nutrients in fortified foods have. I just don't want anyone to now add in fortified foods thinking I've okayed that because it's the nutrients in fruit and veg that are ok with me, not heavily fortified foods and prenatals/multivitamins
