WOW, are these nubs of the same baby? LOL.... the upper picture looks girly, the middle one screams boy. What gestation were these taken (as this can make a difference). Have to look at them again....
Like someone else said, with ambiguous stillshots it might be a better to go off what the Tech saw during the life scan....
