have a ? about weight gain ... the scale says I gained almost 4 lbs in 2 weeks...yikes? or ok? I have read that 1-2 lbs per week is normal...its not even like I am eating terrible...

hi all not been on in a while.... got told im having my 1st boy after 3 girls
but im so scared hes going to come out a girl when i deliver him :S anyone else feel like this??? and how much weight is normal to put on by 25 weeks??? thanks hope ur all well x

katy- congrats on hearing boy!!!!! I sometimes worry my "girl" will come out "boy" but dh keeps reassuring me that we had a tech and a perinatologist tell us 110% girl and we saw the 3 lines...so I try to keep telling myself its all going to be ok. As for the weight gain..I have read on American Pregnancy Association website..that 1st trimester- gain around 5-6 lbs then 1-2 lbs per week there after so I guess than that the number my 25 weeks would vary from person to person.

Ok seriously if one more person tells me that it looks like I'm carrying a boy I'm gonna scream...cause then it makes me start 2nd guessing.

IVF number 1- 2009, CHEMICAL

They are here - Ava and Arianna born at 30 weeks on 11/29/12 weighing 3 pounds 7 ounces and 3 pounds 1 ounce.

I know how you feel lol every time I get a scan I have to verify it's a girl! Since she was at 23 weeks.. it's sealed. And I'll get one more chance in 4 weeks to tell again. lol Originally Posted by mydream
