I answered you on the Pink Swayer's thread. You've probably seen that already but just wanted to make sure. Sounds like a great night!

ootb-Thanks! Love your meals, btw! I am going to check out wf's today for the noodles to add some bulk to my meals, I am so hungry. I agree with having to add some things to your diet that others may not. I have a lot more calcium than most I think, I don't know how else to get fat in there and I need some! And like you, I eat a lot of salad! I"m going to check out what you posted on the other thread..

having a very stingy day myself... I'm having a meal out tomorrow for lunch and know it'll be bad in every way, so especially given as I overate by 700 calories last night I'm adding those onto todays totals

    CD6:
    Lunch:
    2 hot cross buns: 300 calories, 10g protein, 3g fat, 200mg sodium

    Tea:
    2 slices of bread: 192 calories, 7g protein, 1.8g fat, 320mg sodium
    30g cheddar: 117 calories, 7.7g protein, 9.6g fat, 220mg sodium
    20g branston pickle: 22 calories, 0.15g protein, 0.04g fat, 320mg sodium
    1 apple: 50 calories
total tea: 381 calories, 14.85g protein, 11.44g fat, 860mg sodium

    total: 681 calories, 24.85g protein, 14.44g fat, 1060mg sodium

that cheese+pickle sandwich was SO good...

I definitely crashed, let's just say! Eating dinner right now and enjoying every tiny second of it. I opted to eat with a teaspoon to make it last longer. Pathetic.

I only say don't eat whole grain every day b/c the most extreme/best way to sway that we know of is steering clear of whole grains and opting for lower nutrients. Will that work for everyone, everyday? Nope! Even though others say there is only one way to sway and you have to "do these 7 things otherwise your sway won't work", that it not true at all. There are different degrees of swaying and you and the others on this thread are already doing so much to tip the balances. Is what we're doing enough???...Who knows! I guess we'll find out (hopefully soon!). One thing for sure is that we're definitely swaying and we're doing the best we can. I am completely guilty of a few blue-swaying additions to my diet (green drink, seaweed, stevia, lots of veggies...etc. ) but for me, I cannot go "all the way" and give some of these things up and I've made peace w/that. Giving up the whole grains (and healthy nutrients I'm eating) would be in a girl swayer's best interest for sure, but is by no means a must for everyone. Sorry for the rant...just didn't want everyone feeling like they're a failure b/c they are including a certain thing in their diet.
I can say, if anything, the way I am eating right now is SO foreign to my body that it's got to count for something! AND I'm vegetarian on top of everything, to begin with! And even this is still foreign!

I'm sure the Ryvita crispbreads I was eating for a couple weeks did have some sort of wholegrain in them, but I checked all over the box of the Ryvita crackerbreads I've switched to and see no mention. I see mention of them using British grains to make it, but that is all.
They seriously are thin, brittle and flakey as if they were made from rice. They're crazy, but they work!

I can say, overall, my diet right now is probably only marginally healthy at dinner (and even then I stick to colorless vegetables/fungi, i.e. the current combo of cauliflower and mushrooms) but my lunch is the same thing... those Ryvita crackerbreads, some light dairylea cheese spread (so, heavily processed and super low in everything, especially for "cheese") spread very thinly, and iceberg lettuce. That's it.

Sooo, I don't feel TOO bad. Especially considering I ate 100grams worth of jelly beans today...

    That's not very nutritious... heeh.

I bought my husband a big packet of Hovis crumpets. What was I THINKING?!? I want one SO BAD. I'm toying with the idea of having one or two for lunch tomorrow if I work out the number, but at the same time I've been eating the same thing every day for a couple weeks now and worry that will make my body think things are getting better or something. Maybe not. You know, variety... worried if that'd be negative.

5 days until O day! Maybe!

I do this too with most of my meals.

I wanted to recommend a treat, which I have just tried today and it is rather yummy. Weight Watchers Toffee and Honeycomb Sundae: cals 119, fat 1.7g, protein 1.7g, sodium 40mg.

I didn't really think it mattered as long as we stay within our limits for calories, fat, protein and sodium.
