September 2013 babies!!

This pregnancy I am also moody and annoyed with everything. DH is always of energy which irritates me, he wants to do everything at once,he managed to get the whole house under the reconstruction and frankly I am loosing my cool. I can't find anything, cant use kitchen, everything is dusty and dirty. Just counting days down to holiday. 11 days to go.

Ok ladies I have to tell you a little story that happened yesterday. We are a spiritual family, and we pray a lot. As you know I prayed and prayed for a little girl but I also prayed that I would get the baby that was meant for us and that no matter the gender I would love that baby! Well you gals also know my story of how the name Macie Anne just came to me in a dream (sort of) I was sleeping and not even dreaming of a baby at all when all of the sudden I HEARD the name MACIE ANNE out loud and it made me sit straight up from my sleep. This was before I even went to my first gender scan. So when they told me boy, I was sad for a bit, but I moved on quickly getting my life ready for 4 sweet boys. However, I could not shake the feeling that something wasn't right and part of that was "why would I have had that experience with the name Macie if it really was a boy" (you have to remember I wasn't even looking at girl names, because we had had our girl name picked out for the last 10 years) anyhow, as you know later the baby ended up being a girl and then I understood why things just weren't sitting right with me when they said boy. So anyhow, then DH and I couldn't really agree on the name, I wanted Macie because of the spiritual experience I had with it. I truly felt that I was given or told that name, and my husband just chalked my experience up to a mom wanting a girl so bad and having normal dreams about it. I knew better. DH wanted to stick with the name Anessa which we have wanted for years. So for the last 7 weeks we have gone back and forth. Yesterday, he said, "Well we should finally decide on a name, you really like Macie, huh? I don't mind it, but we have been calling our little girl Anessa for years now, and I'm not sure I can switch." Then I explained to him again how I felt about my experience, and he responded, "well what does the name MEAN?" I told him I didn't know and I hadn't looked it up. He looked it up right there on his phone, looked up at me and said, "Macie is the perfect name, her name is Macie with out a doubt!" Then he read the meaning to me. The meaning of the name Macie comes from Matthew and it means "A gift from the LORD" we both got choked up and he now believes my experience with the name was real and not just in my head.

I have since looked up the meaning of Macie myself and have found a lot of different meanings for it but the majority of the websites say it comes from Matthew and means a gift from the lord, so that is the meaning we are going by.

Anyway sorry for the long post, It was just such an neat experience that I thought I would share it. I'm so excited for Macie Anne, my little gift from the lord, to make her debut in our family. Our family will finally be complete!!

Here is a 3D photo we had taken yesterday. She is still a girl and looks a lot like the boys when they were babies!! I have been looking at their baby photos ever since we got home yesterday.

I have to have the whooping cough jab next tue and i'm really dreading it, i hate needles and injections. I really hope DH can take an hour out of work to be there with me There has been an outbreak of whooping cough in the UK, thats why they are giving it out to expectant mums otherwise i'd be saying no thanks too.

Ladies I have my scan today in about 4 hours to check placenta position (and confirm that this is still infact a girl) I'm quite nervous they will say boy!!! Will post a pic if I get one
