    So far I haven't been too great either. I had a kids meal cheeseburger at a fast food place. I think I'll just have broccoli cranberry salad for dinner tho. I just burned over 1000 calories at the gym doing 1.5 hrs cardio tho so I don't feel too bad about it.

    Question tho- do I count my calories with or without the ones I burned during my workout?? If I count them with what I burned... That would leave me with over 2k more to eat :/

    1. I'm envious Of your high calorie burn. 2. I asked this qu to someone recently and they said they don't eat additional for what they burn but, idk man.... I feel like the idea is to be no lower than 1200 in a day so if we burn all that and be -800 or whatever than is that going to far????

    Yeah that's what I was thinking. If I don't count it, I would be negative everyday. That sounds like it would sway blue. Idk.

    But then again, Since eating dinner, I am at my fat limit for the day and don't know what I could possibly stuff in my face... Soooo I'm gonna call it and have some peppermint tea.

    Thank you for replying to me :-) I average around 1400 cals a day. I also went overboard Easter Sunday on both protein and fat and I felt so guilty afterwards :-/ I have lost weight since starting my diet (approximately 1 1/2 stone) I have been on it around 3 months. No1 knows the reason for my sudden diet, not even dh who nags me to get some meat into my diet and told me the other day I am not getting enough nutrient, which pleased me lol.

    I usually stick to 40g a day to both fat and protein, sometimes ill be more towards the 50 for protein and have gone over that once or twice but definitely not regularly. I have cut out masses of fat compared to what I used to eat, was never really a big meat eater so don't miss it too much.

    Sounds like it a great LE to me. I wouldn't be so successful if Dh didn't know. We'd be stopping for burgers 2-3x a week lol

    Does he know your planning a seat at all? What's your TTC plan? (As far as the attempt goes?)

    I hope it's not making you miserable - I think if it's dinner time and you're at your limits you should still eat. I do, bc I don't want to be sick (that's not the point to LE) and then it's way too long of a fast (imo)
