Wag, salsa yes I think in v is the recommendation I bought capsules as so much cheaper than the oil so planning orally from 34 wks and in v too from 36 lol no science ;-)

It's been ages since I've posted but I've been reading daily - DH has been away for about 5 days and it's school holidays so it's been crazy busy keeping them all fed, watered and entertained. I've still got AGES to go - 13 ish weeks - but i'm really feeling it now at the end of the day with achey legs and hips. I've put on loads of weight too, to be honest, it does make me wonder where the pregnancy recommendations re weight gain come from. So many women who were in a healthy weight range at conception seem to gain more than the "suggested" 9 -15 kg (or whatever it is); it makes me wonder whether my weight gain is actually normal for me. I do eat more when I'm pregnant but not excessively and it's mainly good food.

I'm sorry for those who are having a worrying time. Southern, it must be so hard not knowing your baby's cardiac status exactly although you're doing a fantastic job of keeping him in there for now. Thorz, I hope everything's OK.

I have no idea based on where I feel kicks etc as to whether this baby is still breech but I really hope not. I don't have another appointment until 29-30 weeks, at 25 weeks he was big ish but I have small/average sized babies so I doubt that will last! People are still commenting that this baby must be due "soon" though and I do look pretty big but I think that's just crap abdominal muscles.

Hope everyone is doing well and that no babies come this month.

Okay wag people seem to be suggesting two a day orally and one in v at night on netmums apparently gelatine will dissolve or give the midwife a laugh I guess!

Lol the only thing that makes me not want to take it orally is people were saying well some people that it makes them sick and such... I can't handle anymore sickness lol I've had enough of that .... But maybe I will start orally at 36 then
